PENMON is a charming farmhouse located in the tranquil village of Gharb on the west side of the island of Gozo. The house was renovated with family in mind serving as a getaway from the hectic city life for its current owners.

The ground floor consists of a traditional hallway leading to the living room and conservatory, the living room incorporating a T.V. and DVD player. The conservatory consists of a 3 seater sofa and 2 single sofas ideal for relaxing, whilst enjoying the view of the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, gas oven, washing machine and toaster, including all safety features such as fire blanket, smoke alarm, first aid kit. The kitchen is interconnected directly to the dining room.

On the ground floor you'll also find 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom consisting of a double bed, two door wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables, dressing table and an infant's cot. A shower en suite complements the master bedroom. The other bedroom, consists of a double bed, two door wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 3 drawer unit and a shower en suite. Upstairs, one will find the other 2 bedrooms, main bathroom and spare toilet.

Access to the 1st floor is through a typical stone staircase leading to an outside terrace. The 1st floor master bedroom consists of a double bed, two door wardrobe, bedside tables and a dressing table. The other 1st floor bedroom consists of 3 single beds, 3 bedside tables, 2 bunk beds, a large 2 door wardrobe with drawers, and a dressing table. All bedrooms are fitted with fans and emergency lights. The main bathroom interconnects with the 2 bedrooms. Two large sunny terraces overlook the pool and BBQ area.

The swimming pool, located at the back of the house is a large 10mtrs by 8mtrs south facing haven, with spacious BBQ and sunbathing area plus outside shower facility. And for that complete mediterranean feeling, an open gazebo overlooks the pool for outside catering.

A fishpond and landscaped gardens enhance the pool surroundings.

PENMON is furnished beautifully with Indian hardwood furniture and has been very recently renovated into a lovely holiday home.
