Penmon is a charming 300 year old
farmhouse located in the tranquil village of Gharb on the west side of the island of Gozo. The house was renovated with family
in mind serving as a getaway from the hectic city life for its current owners. It consists of 4 bedrooms, living room, TV
room, kitchen and dining room, ensuite and main bathrooms. The Pool is a lagoon type pool with waterfall and fishpond surrounded
by a beautifully landscaped garden. Penmon has been immaculately converted and beautifully furnished with Indian Hardwood
furniture. Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | There are 3 double
bedrooms consisting of a double bed, two door wardrobes with drawers, bedside tables and dressing table. The other bedroom
consists of 3 single beds, bunk beds,two door wardrobe, bedside table and dressing table. All rooms include fans. | | Bathrooms: | En-suite facilities with ground floor bedrooms, while
an interconnecting main bathroom, between the top floor master bedroom, and the 4th bedroom. An additional spare toilet is
available on one of the terraces. | | Kitchen: | The
kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven, washing machine and toaster, including all safety features
such as fire blanket, smoke alarm, first aid kit. The kitchen is interconnected directly to the dining room. | | Living Rooms: | The ground floor consists of a traditional hallway
leading to the living room and conservatory, incorporating a TV, SAT, DVD player. The conservatory consists of a 3 seater
sofa and 2 single sofas ideal for relaxing, whilst enjoying the view of the pool. | | Pool: | The
swimming pool, is a large 33 feet x 22 feet south facing haven, with spacious barbecue and sunbathing area plus outside shower
facility. And for that complete Mediterranean feeling, an open gazebo overlooks the pool for outside catering. | Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: | This includes change
of bedlinen, bath and kitchen towels once a week. This service is provided for customers exceeding 7 or more nights. Property
is cleaned every time there is an exchange in residents. |

Outside
The swimming pool, located at
the back of the house is a large 33 feet x 22 feet south facing haven, with spacious barbecue and sunbathing area plus outside

and landscaped gardens enhance the pool surroundings. Coast/Beach
There are several beaches on the island of Gozo. Although they are not far from Penmon, a car is required to get there.
Most of the beaches are within 5 -10 mins drive away. Golf
There is only one golf course in Malta. Distance is approx. 1 hour away. Travel
Luqa airport which is the main airport at Malta is 2 hours away.
This time includes also the time taken to cross the ferry from Malta to Gozo. A car is highly recommended. Distances
Most of the places of interest
are quite close, and only 5-10 mins drive away. Certain places are also within walking distance.
